Judge denies majority of Sequoia district’s motions to dismiss lawsuit brought by former M-A student

A federal judge ruled that Menlo-Atherton High School administrators may have violated a disabled Black student’s rights through assault, negligence, and emotional abuse. SUHSD's attempt to dismiss the lawsuit was largely denied, exposing systemic failures in student protection and ethical leadership.
